Old fashioned baked custard...one of our all time favorites. We make it with farm fresh milk & eggs. No, it isn't low calorie but you can reduce the sugar & it is full of nutrition. Tonight we are topping with fresh strawberries. Yummo.
RICH EGG CUSTARD PIE: this was good but just a little too sweet even after I cut the sugar a little. I would use 1/2 a cup sugar or 3/4 next time. I used the Marie Callender's pie crust and made the mistake of baking the crust first. It's best to pour the mixture in the frozen pie crust then bake
