Boston Market Meatloaf: Mix 1 1/2 lb. lean ground Chuck, 1/2 Cup minced onions, 1/2 tsp. garlic salt, 3/4 C. drained diced tomatoes, 3/4 C. bread crumbs, & 1 egg till well blended. Bake @ 350 in greased pan for 45 min. Mix 3/4 cup tomato sauce & 2 T sugar, pour on meatloaf, bake 30 min til done. gm
Firefighter's MeatLoaf - This was differently than I'm used to. No bread crumbs...no egg...no meatloaf seasoning....all real ingredients went into this and it was not mushy and not too dry. It was perfect and was SOOO good!!!
