Mahmoud. Winner of the 1936 Epsom Derby, this beautiful grey was to become one of the top sires of broodmares in the 20th century. Mahmoud's daughters Grey Flight, Almahmoud (the grandmother of Northern Dancer), Majedah and Happy Mood would be influential broodmares of some of the great horses of recent time. Doncaster (1870–January 1892) was an English Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. He was the winner of the 1873 Epsom Derby and the sire of the great stallion Bend Or. This horse sold for 14,000 pounds in 1876!!
