Having diversity and equality aren't enough to ensure a successful work environment. It is the act of inclusion which will make people feel like their work and opinions matter, and therefore lead to greater output and a positive environment.
Diversity and Inclusion states by this pin allows for unique perspective and more networking with different people and cultures which will eventually lead to better decisions made by an organization or company.
