Dark Chocolate-Espresso Pumpkin Bread: Fab! Wonderful flavor but dare I say, almost too moist? I baked it for the full 85 minutes (had to put foil on top toward the end to avoid burning). I used all white flour instead of a mix of whole wheat and I subbed milk for water. Next time I would cut the milk (water) down to 1/3 c. or possibly eliminate altogether b/c the batter was very thin.
