1. Buy inexpensive, colorful fabric  2. Wash the fabric first so the color won't transfer.  3. Apply liquid starch onto the wall with a paint roller. Wallpapering with fabric - Boil 4 cups of water. Mix about 3/8 cup cornstarch with a little water in a small bowl until the powder is dissolved. Add the cornstarch mixture to the water slowly while stirring. Boil until thickened and then let it cool. This will peel off when you tire of it. No damage done.
