Dated 1896, more then 100 years ago Loïe Fuller‘s did her famous skirt dance in front of Lumiere Brothers camera. Hand-coloured frame by frame, this is for me the oldest moving sculpture. So, so, beautiful. It is called “Danse Serpentine”

Vintage Cinema Accent Table Lamp On a recent trip to northern California I visited a small town that had just hosted a film festival. Inspired by the decor in the shops and along the streets, I returned to my studio here in Atlanta and created this wonderful lamp with romantic inspiration gleaned from the color, style and mood I experienced there. Presented here is a true vintage Goldberg Brothers film reel. I worked for several days until I settled upon this design. It was important that…

A Day at the Races. This is probably my favorite Marx Brothers film of those that I've seen so far. It is a bit much at times, but overall I really enjoy it. The phone scene with Groucho, Harpo playing the harp and Chico playing the piano, the completely random dance numbers...it's great.
