Chia Bites: 1 cup oats; 1/4 C honey; 1/4 C peanut butter; 2 T chia seeds; 1/4 tsp vanilla; 1) Combine ingredients together until well mixed 2) Add any additional add-ins (i.e. nuts, m, choco chips, flax seed, dried fruits) 3) Refrigerate for 20 min 4) Shape into bites. Yield 16 Bites
