Best EVER fly trap!! Add a cut up hot dog and a tablespoon of maple syrup with about 2-4 ounces of water to a jar with a lid. Poke a few holes in the lid...(big enough for the flies to easily enter) and believe me, they're too dumb to find their way out!
Flies are among the most common pests and can multiply quickly. While purchasing fly traps from hardware stores and grocery stores is always an option, you can easily make your own homemade fly traps from a few simple ingredients that are probably already in your kitchen pantry.
Venus Flytraps are very easy to grow. The more light they get, the more colorful they become. The less light, the less color, but they grow bigger. Peat moss, distilled water, and warm temps are all that are needed.
