Ina Garten's "Perfect Roast Chicken"... and she isn't lying! This has become my favorite roast chicken recipe. I add potatoes, a few extra garlic cloves/onion and have also thrown in some whole mushrooms the last 15 min. of cooking time and you have a complete meal. My family LOVES it!
