Private Officer Breaking News Fort Walton Beach woman used children to steal from Winn-Dixie   Jacqueline Danielle Hicks is accused of taking two children into a store and filling their backpacks with items from the first aid aisle. The three went to the first aid aisle, where Hicks placed “several items” in the backpacks and left. She allegedly admitted to taking the items, which were estimated to be worth $100 total. She is charged with retail theft.
