Super foods - burn fat, boost energy, low in cals, rich in nutrients, high in antioxidants, low in sat fat, free of added sugar, support body's immune system, decrease blood pressure! So what are they: kale, quinoa, almonds, avocado, blueberries, dried cranberries, broccoli. What do you know, I like all of these! Need to add them to my salads. Or just make salads of super foods.
