I am not a vegetable lover. That said, I do like to eat healthy and I know eating lots of veggies is a part of that. When I discovered roasting them I was amazed at how it changed the taste from simply being steamed or sauteed. Roasting Green Beans imparts a yummy slightly sweet and smokey taste that makes them pretty amazing.
Oven Roasted Green Beans (made from frozen) - I can't even begin to describe how much I loved these! So simple, yet so tasty. I didn't have onion powder, so I used onion salt and omitted the 1/2 tsp salt... I think I could eat these every day. They're THAT good! :)
A quick and delicious way to prepare frozen green beans! Pre-heat oven to 350, Toss a bag of frozen green beans in 2-3 Tablespoons of olive oil... Sprinkle with garlic salt (optional) spread green beans on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes... Delish!
