1 small package Pillsbury sugar cookie dough, 8 oz package cream cheese (softened), 1 lg container cool whip, 4 cups of fruit. Cook sugar cookie dough as small cups at 350 about 6-7 minutes, do not over cook. Whip softened cream cheese then add in cool whip until nice & smooth. Place in Ziploc bag, cut off tip, pipe frosting. Decorate with fruit
Ok I made this for supper with strawberries, peaches, blackberries, and kiwi fruits. I couldn't find whip cream so I used whipping cream about an 8th cup (2 spoonfulls) of sugar and just a dash of vanilla, got that all whipped up and added just about 1/2 of a whipped cream cheese tub... YUM-O!
