Observation 2: Physical Pins Although Chris treated his body very poorly at the beginning of his adult life. For the past 3 years, he has turned that around. He started working out about 5 days per week and eating healthy. He lost 50 pounds and has become much more fit. Although he is more fit now that he ever had been before, he is not as fit as he could have been had he started living a healthy lifestyle at the beginning of his adult life.
