by George Stella **Made this on 9/01/15 and it was AMAZING! The only change I made was to use D&W Jalapeño buffalo cheddar deli slices because I didn't have the sharp cheddar on hand. I just stacked the slices, then sliced/diced them to make 1.5 cups. We loved the spicy kick, and will probably make it this way in the future as well. Two thumbs up! ~Debi
Grilled Cheesy Buffalo Chicken I added spinach in with cheese and used a bourbon chicken seasoning. And when it was done baking put Monterey Jack cheese on top and broiled slightly. Then topped with fresh avocado slices and chopped tomatoes.
