From Daisy Vest to Messenger Bag

Here's the best picture of the strap. I don't know how well the rhinestone buckle will hold up, or how well it will grip the strap as she carries it, but I wanted an adjustable strap and my Hobby Lobby was out of sliding buckles. Again, didn't want to put the project off lest it get shoved in the "someday" pile.

My daughters Girl Scout leader wanted to do something special for the girls in the troop when they bridged at the end of their year of Daisies.  She mentioned wanting to do something with their ves...


Daisy Scouts Year 2: Reviewing the Girl Scout Promise. 1/2 sheet blue felt cut to tunic shape, popsicle stick and pipecleaner glued on top. Paint sticky back felt in colors of each daisy petal. Have the girls stick on each petal as they review the line of the promise. Can be used for a SWAP holder.
