Why do climate change posters/materials so often highlight the loss of single animals rather than the destruction of entire ecosystems? Do people express more concern for individual species over the whole?
JEFF - This poster uses the metaphor of tree leaves being "everything else" in attempt to prevent deforestation. The message in conveyed with the use of the dynamic design leading viewers eyes downwards and bringing forth the prominent line, "save the tree and save everything else'.
