Soak 4 envelopes of gelatin in 1 cup of cold water. Set aside. In a saucepan, combine 4 cups sugar with 1 cup of chilled water. Easy Yeast Rolls ~ 1 pack yeast 3/4 cup, warm water, 2 1/2 cups Bisquick, 1 Tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup melted butter. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dissolve yeast in water. Put Bisquick, sugar, and yeast in a large bowl and mix well. Flour your work surface, turn dough out and knead for 12-15 minutes.
