It was SO GOOD! I'll be adding turkey to our reg. dinner menu. If you prefer white meat, I'm sure you could use turkey breast, but the thighs are DELISH! (more fat = more flavor!) One note: Add sea salt to the sage/garlic seasoning mixture.
