Creamy Vanilla Bananas 4 T butter, divided 10 ripe bananas cur 1/2 long divided 1 can 12 oz .Evap Milk 1/4 c sugar 1 T corn starch 1 t vanilla extract Grd cinnamon : MELT 2 T butter in large skillet over med-high heat. Add 5 bananas; cook golden brown on all sides. Place lrg serving platter cover. Repeat w/ butter and bananas. COMBINE evap milk, sugar, cornstarch & vanilla Bring to boil med, stirring constantly, until thickens POUR sauce over bananas. Sprinkle w/ cinnamon. Serve warm
