International Tiger Day or Global Tiger Day is celebrated annually on July 29 to create awareness about the conservation of tiger and protect the natural habitat of tigers globally. Many species of tiger are already extinct and many are on the verge of extinction which has raised a common concern for the environmentalists as well as government over the protection of tiger.
