Pumpkin Oat Greek Yogurt Muffins -- except: for sugar sub 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup blue agave, for pumpkin seeds used walnuts. Replaced 3/4 cup of oats with toasted ground tri-color quinoa.
