Baked "Smothered Chicken" may sound weird, but this is an incredibly easy and delicious one-pan, baked chicken dinner recipe that my family loves! It's healthy and high in protein and is low-carb & gluten-free without the side of rice. Super easy and no pre-cooking of the meat, just throw it all in the pan and bake! It comes out juicy and flavorful!
Heart Healthy Stuffed Peppers- I would recommend more of the meat mixture, especially if you have larger sized peppers. Also I'd add less sauce next time because it was too watery after being in the oven that long. Very delicious though!
