I forgive people but that doesn't mean I accept their behavior or trust them. I forgive them for me, so I can let go and move on with my life.

Anger, resentment, jealousy, contempt, hate, and so on... Creates internal illness. It harms the self more than it does the receiver of it.
Life is too short to hold grudges.
