homemade bagels - great recipe, my first time using yeast! These bagels were simple to make, although it did take me around 3 hours with the rising time. I cut the recipe in half and made 6 small bagels one each of: sesame seeds, herbs de provence, cinnamon sugar, chinese 5 spice, thyme and sage, and thyme and parmesan cheese. Consensus: add more toppings! And try one with chocolate chips.
