A malasada is sort of like a doughnut without the hole. We fry generously-sized balls of dough until the crust is golden brown with a light and fluffy inside. Because our dough is made with the finest ingredients, you get a malasada with a sweet toasted flavor, both crunchy and chewy. Leonard's Bakery in Honolulu, http://www.leonardshawaii.com/
Waikiki Beach, Oahu, Hawaii: I was 3 the first time we went to Hawaii. I loved Waikiki Beach at night when I was little. We went quite a bit. I got married on Maui and have been to all of the islands except for Molokai and Lanai. My favorite island is Maui and I wish we could live there someday.
