Food I Make My Soldier: Chicken Salad on Cucumber Rounds..i usually put on cracker but yum !! new way yes!


Egg Salad-(Phases 1-4) 6 hard boiled eggs 2 Tablespoons mustard 1-2 teaspoons Dill Pickle juice Dice eggs in bowl; add mustard and dill pickle juice. Stir and enjoy.


Ingredients 1 packet potato puree 1/8 tsp baking soda ½ tsp baking powder ½ tsp herb of choice 1 tsp garlic salt 2 egg whites Directions Preheat oven to 350*. Combine all dry ingredients. Whip egg whites until bubbly and add to dry mixture. Spray 4 muffin tin slots with olive oil. Spoon mixture into the 4 muffin tin slots, in the middle of muffin pan works best. Bake for 10 min. Enjoy!
