A folding table, like this one spotted on Jelanie Shop, is a great solution if you have room for a smaller table but want a bigger one for dinner parties and special occasions. You could even fold the table up completely and tuck it into a corner or behind other furniture when not in use.
The solid birch construction of the NORDEN dining table is a durable choice for craft projects, homework time, and family meals. With the self-storing leaf included, it’s easy to expand to fit even more family and friends!
A ball pit with Ikea mats, rope ladder and home made monkey bars. We made it for our 3 year old son with SPD to meet his proprioception and vestibular seeking. This is his favorite part of his sensory room. Particularly after school he requests to climb the rope ladder, swing on the monkey bars and then drop into the balls. 2-3 rounds to self- regulate and he is ready to concentrate on a table top activity or eat dinner with us :) find more info at www.oursensoryadventures.com
