The original St. Louis-style pizza. Yeastless, thin crust means it's about 10 minutes of prep time (plus toppings) and 10 minutes of cook time for 2 pizzas. I used molasses instead of dark corn syrup. And the Provel cheese is great with all pizzas -- it's definitely a keeper by itself.

If you have never tried these you must now. My son is addicted to toasted ravioli. If you are not from around St. Louis than you have probably never had them. We really know our food down here in the Midwest!
