Love this idea! Get index cards to organize all your extra cards in a Thirty-One Mini Zipper Pouch! So all those store cards, gift cards, etc. don't get lost and clutter up my wallet. This would be great for coupons too!!
My Version of this: http://www.designsponge.com/2010/12/diy-project-vintage-postcard-calendar-journal.html Thanks for the awesome idea design sponge! I'm so excited for this! This is a one-liner journal. There is one index card for each day of the year. You write the date: then a sentence about what you did that day. Cycle through, and you should be able to do this for 14 years because there are 14 lines on the index cards!
GTD Next Actions Board / Index Cards: These are the next possible actions I can take to move forwards towards a goal. Some of them are the cards from project plans, others are standalone. Project actions have the name of the project written in the upper right hand corner of the card, if I was that together when I wrote the card.
I tried this with my last novel that entwined three major story lines involving 4-5 different characters. The color coding helps you realize if the plot's too fixated on one part of the action or on a particular character. Being able to actually see this helps you keep things moving forward to the end.
