Hopslam Ale by Bell's Brewery (Imperial IPA) Pours clear golden with a creamy off-white head. Aroma is citrus, pine, pineapple, oranges and honey Flavour is medium sweet and medium bitter. Full bodied, creamy texture, average carbonation. Finish pine, honey and easy drinking, can’t taste the alcohol. I hope to taste it fresh some day.
Stone Ruination IPA. Named because it ruins your pallet. Not a beer for beginners. This is an extremely hoppy representation of an IPA. Great pine notes and a very hoppy nose, mouth and finish. Excellent beer. One of the top three IPA's of all time.
