Irish Lamb Stew Made this tonight and it was a hit. Beautiful and subtle flavour. Rich and tasty broth that was great for mopping up with fresh bread. Will make it again (would be fine to make with beef too) k

This slow simmered stew is a family favorite every St Patrick's Day. Made with grass-fed local farm lamb & veggies!

Irish Lamb Stew - I LOVED this stew and will make it again and again this fall and winter. The best part: the lamb is braised in Guinness beer on the stove top for about two hours. I used a pound of organic, free range Icelandic lamb from Whole Foods.
