Yoga Abs & Back Workout: AM- Jane Fonda 14:45 (I like this routine. I think this is one of the very first times I've worked out with Jane Fonda. Good stretches with a bit of muscle challenge. Sometimes it's difficult to find both in yoga. It's either too stretchy or insanely hard twists. This was a happy medium.)
