Lya with the newly-born Jon Snow/Stark/Targaryen and Meera "Reed". Which is an old theory, much-discussed on here in the past, but a good one. Remember, we know nothing about Meera's mother. Hiding her at Greywater Watch would certainly make sense and Howland Reed (the only other survivor of the Tower of Joy apart from Eddard) owed Lyanna a debt for the Mystery Knight episode during the Tourney at Harrenhal some time earlier. And Ned returning home from the Rebellion with TWO bastards ...
