This is what I do! except I juice a whole bundle of kale and put that in with like a cup of peaches and a cup of frozen mango and a little fruit juice and a little fruit and veggie powder I get from my nutritionist and it's AMAZING :) I crave this drink
NO fruit Green Smoothie - I put 1/2 ripe avocado, 1/2 cucumber, 2 fresh organic basil leaves, 1 handful organic spinach, 5 leaves of organic dino kale, squeezed 1/2 lemon, 1 inch of ginger, cup of ice(they always taste better cold), and 1 cup of coconut kiefer water(my probiotic). You can use coconut water or filtered water
I'm pinning these again because they have seriously changed my life! I use mixed fruit, a whole lotta kale, oats, almonds, and almond milk. I make one every single morning because they are so good, and so good for you!
