The historic Kinzua Viaduct in Pennsylvania, originally built from iron, was the highest and longest in the world at the time of construction, measuring 301 feet high and 2,053 feet long.  It was rebuilt using steel in 1900 and stood firm for more than a century before being mostly destroyed by a tornado in 2003. Childhood memories, so sad that it's not the same.
