Our Best Cheesecake... from the Kraft philadelphia cream cheese website. This is by far the best cheese cake ever. I add 1/4 cup of powdered sugar to the mix for added sweetness and room temperature eggs. Put a pan of water in the bottom rack of the cheesecake to help keep it moist and avoid cracking. My cheesecake only takes about 50 minutes to cook but I'm in a higher altitude and I think my oven runs hot.
