Blueberry Kuchen  Ingredients 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour 3/4 cup sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon peel (didn't use) 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon salt 2/3 cup milk (used greek yogurt instead) 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 egg, beaten 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries TOPPING: 1/4 melt butter; 3/4 c sugar 1/2 c flour (I added almonds and Oats)
