Marshmallow Caramel Rice Krispies Puffs

1 14-oz. package Kraft caramels 1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk 4 T. butter 50 to 60 large marshmallows (fresh and soft are the best!) 8 c. Rice Krispies cereal preparation Melt caramels, sweetened condensed milk, and butter in a double boiler. You can also use a microwave, but watch it carefully so it doesn't scorch, and stir regularly. Individually dip marshmallows into the caramel mixture, letting excess caramel drip off. Then roll in Rice Krispies. Place on wax paper to set.


Old World Rice Pudding with a modern flare. 3 cups milk 1/2 cup rice 2 tablespoons butter 1/3 cup sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt place all in a large microwave safe bowl. Place in microwave for 20 minutes stirring every 3 - 5 minutes. Let sit for another 20 minutes and serve. You can sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar if you like. This is an easy fail safe recipe. I have also made it in a rice cooker. The microwave method is not as messy.
