How to make homemade Lavender Bath Salts 1 cup of Epson salts 1 tablespoon of baking soda 10 drops of essential oils Mix the ingredients together in a bowl and store in an airtight, glass container. I found my little half-cup glass jars at Hobby Lobby, but you could use any glass container. Pour 1/4 of a cup of salts under warm, running water. Soak and Enjoy!
This looks like it's easy enough and is a must try! You can adjust the ratio to your liking, but this is the general recipe: 1 cup of lavender to about 6 cups of salts (use as much as you prefer). For that batch, mix in 2 tablespoons of oil for a very fragrant and relaxing soak. Thank you in advance Ms. Griffith! This is on my "to do list" :)
