How to Adjust for High-Altitude Baking  *Ignore the photo- recipe not included*  I'm pinning for the tips:   Increase the liquids by 3 tbsp. at 5000 ft & 4 tbsp. at 10,000 ft.  Decrease the leavening agents such as baking powder by 1/8 tsp. for each tsp. of leavening agent used.  Use extra large eggs or add an extra egg.  Substitute buttermilk or sour cream for water in the recipe.  Reduce the sugar by 2 tbsp. at 5000 ft & 4 tbsp. at 10,000 ft.
