Leftover pork loin 1 onion 1/2 bag of frozen peas and carrots 2 cups rice 2 scrambled eggs Soy sauce Garlic powder Ground ginger Cook peas and carrots with onion and pork in 2 tablespoons butter. While that is cooking make the minute rice and scramble the eggs. When meat and veggies are done add rice eggs. Add soy sauce, garlic and ginger to taste. Enjoy
