Lemon Tahini Dressing: ½ cups tahini 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Juice of 2 fresh lemons (about ¼ cup) ½ cup water 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar 1 teaspoon agave syrup 2 teaspoons gluten-free tamari soy sauce 2 cloves of garlic, minced Big pinch freshly ground pepper - Put all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend thoroughly.
Creamy Tahini Dressing. 1/2 cup tahini, 1/2 cup lemon juice, 1 clover garlic, 1/4 teaspoon onion powder, 1/2 teaspoon sea salt (less if using table salt), 1/4 cup water. Blend all ingredients in a blender/mini chopper. I usually leave out onion powder and use a tiny bit of fresh onion.

Lemon Tahini Salad Dressing--This is similar to my favorite dressing at Adam's Mountain Cafe. Next time, though, I will skip the cayenne and the honey/agave. I like it pretty thin, and with lots of lemon.
