If you have been following along with my projects for any amount of time, you will know that when I need something made that involves sewing (pillows, curtains, upholstery) I send it off to my mom. I’m so lucky to have her skills available to me and she’s also (relatively) willing to make my stuff!

Hem the lining as usual, then blind hem the curtains fabric. Sew the lining and fabric together at sides (right sides together). Turn right side out and press fold at edges - lining os smaller than curtain. Serge top edge of lining and fabric together. Fold down for rod pocket and press serged edge under just like making a normal rod pocket.
