To make this inexpensive cigarette holder party favor start with a long, thick straw. A 10inch straw for shakes was used here. Wrap one end in regular printer paper cut to the length of a cigarette, two or three inches. A stick of glue was perfect to adhere to the straw. Next cut a small band of aluminum duct tape, available at hardware stores, and wrap around the straw and paper connection. As a final step you can dip or paint the ends in red paint for a "lit" cigarette look!
