Quiche lorraine sans pâte 30 cl lait - 3 œufs - 60 gr farine - 60 gr fromage râpé - 200 gr dés jambon - sel poivre Préchauffez four 210°. Battre les œufs avec le lait, ajoutez farine, sel, poivre et mélangez pour obtenir pâte homogène. Répartir jambon dans un moule, recouvrir du mélange œufs/lait et parsemez de râpé. Cuire 30 minutes env.
