♡ There are many types of grief. It doesn't only mean a loss of a loved one to death, it can also include a loss of a loved one and they are still alive. I never realized this until recently. I go through both. I have many good days and few bad ones and I'm very thankful for that.
This is so true, losing our son our only child sixteen days after he was born has forever changed me and brought an unbearable, unimaginable pain like no other. Having to continue to live like this without him here is worse than any torture that you could ever go through. No one should ever have to lose their child, it isn't supposed to be this way, it isn't fair, it isn't right. Why? Why not me instead of him? How do I go on like this??? I hurt so badly...
The hardest thing to hear was that my child died. I've heard that statement 3 times. The news always delivered the same way too. It is @)#$% the worst. Survivor of 2 miscarriages and 1 stillbirth. More
How to get over him...once an for all. You don't, he/it is now a part of who you are. You won't think about him all the time, but something will trigger a memory and your right back there. . . get used to it and move on.
