Low-Carb, Atkins Induction Friendly Cream Cheese Pancakes. I just made these and they were pretty good even without syrup! They even helped with the "I need bread! I haven't eaten it in two weeks!" feeling. Next time I might add a second packet of stevia since I'm not using the low carb syrup.
