Sugar-Free / Low-Carb Barbeque Sauce Recipe. I omitted the cloves and hot sauce since I didn't have either. Not nearly as sweet as my usual favorite (Kraft), but the entire family really enjoyed it in the recipe I made it for, so I will definitely make it again.
Linda's Low Carb: Smoky BBQ Sauce ~ I've been making this yummy low carb bbq sauce for years and LOVE it. Tastes better than store-bought. The addition of xanthan gum is new...never use it, just cook down until the sauce is thick. I do use the bit of molasses as it is WELL worth the flavor and doesn't seem to cause me any problems. TRY IT!!!
